These cards are a way for me to raise money for good organizations.
Each set of Liberty Notes consists of 8 cards: 2 each of 4 different images. The images are The Pursuit of Happiness, The First Amendment (freedom of speech), The Fourth Amendment (protection from unreasonable search and seizure), and The Sixth Amendment (the right to a speedy and public trial).
The cards are blank inside and have the entire text of the pertinent amendment on the back. The cards are 4 ¼” by 6 ½”.
All proceeds from the Liberty Notes will go to benefit the ACLU. Find out more about the ACLU here.
Each set of Choose Peace consists of 8 cards of the same design. The cards are 4 ¼” by 6 ½”. These words are on the inside: Every creature is better alive than dead, men and moose and pine trees, and he who understands it aright will rather preserve life than destroy it.
All proceeds from the Choose Peace cards will go to benefit the American Friends Service Committee. The AFSC is a Quaker organization that includes people of various faiths who are committed to social justice, peace and humanitarian service. Liberty Notes and Choose Peace cards are $16 a set, plus $2 a set for shipping and handling. E-mail your order to cards@juliepaschkis.com
